About the Founder

My name is Steven, and cooking has always been my way of connecting with people.
I built Soleia & Co. from the idea that food can be fast, but still crafted with pride. I’ve spent years creating flavors, experimenting with ingredients, and learning how to turn simple dishes into memorable ones. That mindset is behind every recipe on the menu.

I didn’t just want to serve food — I wanted to serve something that represents who I am: bold, creative, rooted, and intentional. Soleia & Co. is that expression. Every bowl and wrap carries a bit of my story, my culture, and my belief that good food should feel personal.

When you eat here, you’re getting more than a meal.

Origin Story for the Menu

The menu at Soleia & Company, grew from dishes I’ve cooked, tasted, and perfected over time. Bowls inspired by comfort food. Wraps inspired by street food. Sauces inspired by culture. Every item started as an experiment — testing combinations, adjusting ingredients, and building flavor from the ground up.
