My name is Steven, and cooking has always been my way of connecting with people.
I built Soleia & Co. from the idea that food can be fast, but still crafted with pride. I’ve spent years creating flavors, experimenting with ingredients, and learning how to turn simple dishes into memorable ones. That mindset is behind every recipe on the menu.
I didn’t just want to serve food — I wanted to serve something that represents who I am: bold, creative, rooted, and intentional. Soleia & Co. is that expression. Every bowl and wrap carries a bit of my story, my culture, and my belief that good food should feel personal.
